Medieval World: Art

$29.99

Medieval World: Art is a 32-lesson art history curriculum designed as a companion product to Medieval World: History, our literature-based elementary medieval history curriculum. While designed as a companion to Medieval World: History, this product could also be used alongside any medieval history curriculum in order to provide a more in-depth exploration of the art of the medieval world, as well as hands-on projects to bring that history to life for your students.

This purchase includes the following:

1) A Parent Guide containing 32 read-aloud lessons, intended for once-per-week art lessons throughout the school year. Each lesson is accompanied by at least one hand-on art project as well as links to videos or other online extensions.

2) Student Worksheets that are used in the hands-on art projects.

This art history course does not require any additional books. It can be used for mid elementary-middle school students (and could be adapted for older or younger students, though some hands-on projects will be challenging for younger students and will require assistance).

Important Info:

When you purchase, you will receive an Access Document. Clicking on the link in that document will allow you to download a zipped folder. You must download the folder in order to extract and access the 2 PDF files it contains. We recommend saving these files to cloud storage so that you don’t lose access to them.

Page Count: approx. 270 pages

For best results, open with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and print from that program. Due to the nature of this curriculum, the Parent Guide contains many photographs of artwork and will be best printed in color. If you do not have good color printing options available at home, look into homeschool printing companies that print PDFs at affordable prices.
