This study guide is designed to accompany the title A History of US, Book 4, Revised 3rd Edition by Joy Hakim. The text covers 1789-1850, beginning with the presidency of George Washington and taking the reader on a whirlwind tour through the politics, technological innovations, and significant events of the first half of the 19th century. This guide is age-flexible and can be used as desired for family-style or individual history study but is recommended for approximately 5th-8th grades.
